ROLE: SERVICE DELIVERY CENTRE CO-ORDINATOR
DIRECTORATE: Early Years Operations
GRADE: 3
REPORTING TO: SERVICE DELIVERY CENTRE MANAGER
ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
To provide Service Excellence to our customers and colleagues by
building a deep understanding of their needs, requirements and
expectations and consistently meeting, managing and exceeding their
expectations in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.
The Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations
including beneficiary support and compliance, implementation of policy
decisions through efficient processes, application of programme
guidelines including operations management, system development,
information management, beneficiary support, reporting and analysis,
risk management and governance, stakeholder liaison and people
management.
The key areas of work will include:
* National Development Plan (NDP) Capital Programme delivery

* AIM Programme Delivery support - AIM Level 1, 5 and 7
* Appeals and Complaints legislative and non-legislative programme
support
* Service Delivery Centre Project development and delivery
In the interest of career progression, business continuity,
flexibility and shared learning the Co-ordinator will be required to
work across all SDC functions (as above). They will also cover leave
of other Team Coordinators as necessary.
The role will also initially involve supporting the wider Service
Delivery Hub. The successful candidate will eventually have a specific
programme assigned to them to lead such as NDP Capital **Apply on the
